OUR MISSION
Numerous corporate collaborations at the location already offer great potential for synergies between the companies in the port city.
The Cuxhaven Port Industry Association e. V. (HWG) coordinates the different interests of its member companies from all areas of the maritime industry. The aim is to make the strengths and potential of the location and the local economy known and to advocate for their interests. The Cuxhaven port industry community represents numerous companies in the port. The HWG supports your business through a variety of networking activities. As a member of Seaports of Lower Saxony GmbH, the HWG also represents the port location and its members nationally and worldwide as part of Lower Saxony's seaports.
Locally, the HWG serves as an interface between the maritime sector and the city's location marketing and regional development. The Cuxhaven port industry community uses its contacts with local institutions such as the Chamber of Commerce and Industry to optimally support the concerns and interests of its members and their customers.
